Getting to know Dr. Clinton Ross

Overall, I envision a more empathetic and inclusive approach to psychiatry, where treatment addresses both the biological and psychosocial aspects of mental illness. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine - Academic Campus, completed my residency in Psychiatry at Larkin Community Hospital South Miami, and pursued a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Citrus Health Network, Inc. I am committed to continuous learning and growth in my field, aiming to support and empower individuals on their path to recovery.

What should a new client know about working with you?

This style of treatment is highly personalized being that I am the only staff member you will deal with.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Upon patient contact, appointment confirmation is made via email or phone. An email is then sent with instructions for portal enrollment and intake form completion. At the appointment, we review the intake paperwork and proceed with a comprehensive interview, typically covering medication management and therapeutic modalities. Should specialized therapy be required, I can facilitate a referral to my team of expert therapists.
