I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, which informs my compassionate and integrative approach. What should a new client know about working with you?

Do you want to feel understood or "got" in therapy? Its my job to focus on the client's needs and safety when I meet clients for the first time. Building a trusting supportive relationship is the next important step in this process. I can be gentle or directive in my approach depending on what the client needs and wants. I also use my intuitive empathy to deepen the connection with clients. Mindfulness, emotionally focused therapy, energy psychology, transactional analysis, internal family systems are some of the many modalities that I work with.
