“My doctor listened to all of my concerns and read over the documentation I bought with me (I'm a new patient to this practice.) Overall, this office is very organized, clean, and ready to assist in any manner they can. I am formerly from the NOVANT network. The Bethany Network with it's doctor's, nurses, and all of the staff perform well above and beyond that of the former health care network I was associated. This practice shows professionalism, respect, and explained everything to me and answered my questions clear and concise without complexity and double talk like the former network. Everyone I interacted with in the office was wonderful. It was my first appointment to establish care at the facility. Before I could finish the first page of the new patient paperwork? I was being called back by the medical assistant. She had to give me time to fill out the forms she needed.
Cody Myrick was excellent. I met him once before when I went to my husband’s first appointment. He remembered me from that visit. He was very thorough, discussed different recommendations, and provided information about other physicians in the practice who are specialists in areas I need.
The staff was also wonderful. They were attentive, thorough, and showed that they care about each patient who walks in the door. In fact, it was time for the person who checked me in to go to lunch and, even when someone else offered to take over my check-in from her so she could go to lunch, she wouldn’t leave for lunch until she finished everything that was required to check me in for my appointment. That alone showed me that the practice is focused on care for their patients. Many people don’t realize that the practitioners could be the greatest in the world but they will turn patients away if the staff at the front desk are sub par. I did not need to worry about that issue here.
