Hi, I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Northeastern Pennsylvania. I received my Masters as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, PA. I have been working in mental health for eight years. I have many more years working in emergency and trauma nursing. I am licensed to see patients across the life span, but choose to treat patients 16 years and older. I feel pediatrics is a specialty of its own. I have considerable experience treating the young adult population with their particular life stressors, but enjoy treating all age groups. I support a recovery oriented, person centered practice of compassion, empathy and respect to promote dignity and empower individuals with the instillation of hope and healing.

Colleen has been a great provider to work with. She carefully listened to what I had to say and asked numerous clarifying questions. She has helped with finding the right treatment and has been quick to respond when I messaged her. On top of that she is a very personable individual who clearly cares about the wellbeing of her patients.
Colleen is wonderful. She listens to the patients and is willing to try different methods of treatment. She is warm and friendly and you can tell she genuinely cares for her patient.
Couldn’t see the doctor. Received a message via email (thankfully I caught it) that she does not prescribe medication when I specifically required medication management. She alluded rudely that she does not prescribe medication for ADHD. I see no other way to facilitate this however, she also further alluded that there was a description on her profile that she does not prescribe medication, which is completely false after reviewing it for the third time. ?
