It was my first visit. I was a little nervous because I did a search for an ENT on Zocdoc. Anyway, it turned out great. She listened to my concerns. After an exam, she gave me a script & I was on my way. Will return if I need to be seen again.

Have had a whole lot of medical issues lately. Came to an ENT per my primary's recommendation. Was a rushed appointment and I was told basically everything was fine. I've had a sinus infection for about 6 months straight now. All i was given was a nasal spray. My Primary is sending me for a second opinion (more money out of my pocket lol) because we believe the tissue in my nose is damaged/deteriorating. Please listen to your patients, we do know our bodies best. The staff overall was friendly and the office was clean. Little to no wait time. However paid a copay to be not really listened to and sent away with a basic over the counter solution I could've bought myself.

The entire staff was professional and understanding of my needs, even though I was a bit overbearing and demanding. As soon as I walked in they had me overlook the printout of the information I filled out online and was called in right away for my exam. My apologies to Dr Plein for my rudeness while she stayed professional the whole time. I would highly recommend them.

Very nice place. They were great.

Great.
I felt this was a satisfactory experience with Dr. Plein. Sure, I came in with my issue self-researched and known, and the course of action was rather straightforward. It was clear that it was distressing to me and had been for some time, so after commuting an hour to see Dr. Plein, the approach did come off as a little too rushed and insensitive, especially when my only immediate remedy and relief was to try a medication that may/may not work. Dr. Plein has no control over this, of course. I simply would have appreciated more value as a person or an extra element of time and communication that gave me symptom management techniques, etc. The office was clean, friendly, timely, proactive, etc. Everything was smooth on the whole, and the medication (or natural circumstance/coincidence) seems to have a positive impact.

I could immediately tell that she didn’t want to spend much time and energy on my case. She provided me with a very vague/ambiguous root cause for my medical condition. I came out with no clear understanding of what to do. She might be good on other cases but didn’t work for me. Based on my personal experience, I don’t recommend it. It might be a waste of money.
I told Colleen about an issue I've been having for years, she looked in my ears for 2 seconds, and then shooed me out the door saying it looks fine. No help. I had assumed there would at least be tests or something.
I was very impressed with Dr. Plein and Mario, the P.A. It just seems to me that since I took the time and trouble to fill out all of the paperwork online, well in advance of my appointment. the staff would have printed that out before my arrival. Instead, they handed me the clipboard loaded with pages of questions and asked me to fill it out again. This procedure is counterproductive to all involved. Other than that, I would definitely refer my friends and family to Dr. Plein. In fact, I already have.
Mario the PA saw me first and scoped my nose and showed me the computer screen including my deviated septum. Very knowledgeable. He told me the likely course of treatment. Then the dr came in and discussed my sinusitis , etc. Thorough, courteous knowledgeable

Great office, staff and visitor altogether.

Dismissive, bored, uninterested, patronizing doctor, didn't listen to anything I said before basically sending me out less than 3 minutes after I walked in with a "well there's no problems here!" Didn't take anything I said seriously or really even listen to me at all, this was a terrible experience. Complete waste of my time and money. I have had constant issues with snoring, a deviated septum, allergies, chronic tinnitus, etc for many years. If I had felt like the doctor literally cared any amount this would have been a different experience but I've rarely felt so dissatisfied with a medical experience. A good place to start would be actually listening to your patients and taking their problems seriously or pointing them to someone who can help (or at least listen). Even if there's "nothing that can be done" at least make it seem like you're acknowledging that someone is coming to you with a problem that matters to them rather than dying to get off for the day.
I really appreciated how kind the entire office staff was. Even the nurse was so kind and caring. She really listened to everything I had to say. As for the doctor, it was unfortunately opposite. She came in with her diagnosis right away which was fine but, she still could have took the time to hear how I was feeling and what I was experiencing. Luckily I was vocal and persistent on letting her know how I felt and my questions. She was very dismissive. She made it seem like everything was so obvious and I would have appreciated she actually took the time to explain rather than just hand me a bunch of papers.
Dr Plein was very helpful for the illness I needed help for. She was knowledgeable of my condition and I feel hopeful my recovery is coming soon.
