What should a new client know about working with you?
I'm a highly trained psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner specializing in treatments of psychiatric illnesses through medication management and supportive psychotherapies.
My approach to patient care emphasizes evidence-based practices, empathetic communication, and a holistic understanding of each individual's circumstances. I recognize that each individual's journey is unique, and I create a supportive space where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and experiences.
My areas of special interest include depression, anxiety, bipolar and related disorders, schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders, PTSD, sleep related disorders, OCD, and neurocognitive disorders.
