The office is large but well organized and efficient. I was promptly signed in, triaged, and taken to an exam room. My wait to see Dr. Borgerding was minimal. This was a new patient visit. She listened carefully to my concerns as we went over my history and records. I felt very comfortable during my visit. I am very glad that I chose Dr. Borgerding and this practice.

Dr. Borgerding was great. She actually had access to all my records from my previous PCP of 14 years in another city and since he recently retired, I was in need of getting established with a new local doctor. She was so caring as she went over all my surgeries and cancer stuff with me. Having gone through a few major medical issues in the past 5 years it was important to feel as though she was there for me now given what I had been through. I am glad to have found new doctor and look forward to building a relationship like I had with my previous PCP. Dr. Borgerding is someone I feel I can refer my family and friends to.
