“My office visit was as expected. However, Walgreens did not have my medication as prescribed. I called to have the provider transfer my prescription to another location, and someone put me on hold for an unacceptable amount of time, than hung up.
I called back just to be put on hold again for a long time. This time I was on hold so long, I was sent to voicemail. They really need to do much, much better on handling their clients calls.”

As someone who has not been to a Doctor’s office in MANY years, I had a great experience with Connie. She was attentive and listened to my concerns, the only bumps in the road were pretty standard when it comes to establishing yourself with a new healthcare provider and even then she was able to give me the steps for our next course of action.

My doctors office made sure I had any and all necessary paperwork before my appointment to limit my wait time. When I arrived I was created by friendly staff and made to feel comfortable. The doctor provided a clear explanation of what procedures I would be completing and discussed my results in detail before I left. This will be my primary care physician going forward.
