The provider was extremely dismissive. I felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously, she even giggled when I was telling her how I was feeling overwhelmed. Her MA however was very sweet, after seeing the provider I got a bit emotional because of the interaction and she heard me and let me know she would talk to her about it. The office is a repurposed commercial suite in a shopping center and the walls are THIN there is no reason I should know exactly why the young girl in the room next to me was there. The hallway leading to the exam rooms is in the waiting room, there is no separation and they take your weight in the open in front of everyone. The employee at the reception desk took a picture of my insurance card on her personal cell phone. Wait time was over 20 minutes after my appointment time when I arrived to appointment early
Room was dirty and off putting did not change pillow cover or wipe down and only changed the top paper when I said I would rather not lay on the bed.

Person who drew my blood bruised my arm. Dr shut me down when I brought up weight loss meds. Made it very clear that personally she doesn’t like them. But it’s not about what she likes, she didn’t even listen to me about why I wanted them. Felt dismissed.

My office visit was as expected. However, Walgreens did not have my medication as prescribed. I called to have the provider transfer my prescription to another location, and someone put me on hold for an unacceptable amount of time, than hung up.
I called back just to be put on hold again for a long time. This time I was on hold so long, I was sent to voicemail. They really need to do much, much better on handling their clients calls.

As someone who has not been to a Doctor’s office in MANY years, I had a great experience with Connie. She was attentive and listened to my concerns, the only bumps in the road were pretty standard when it comes to establishing yourself with a new healthcare provider and even then she was able to give me the steps for our next course of action.

My doctors office made sure I had any and all necessary paperwork before my appointment to limit my wait time. When I arrived I was created by friendly staff and made to feel comfortable. The doctor provided a clear explanation of what procedures I would be completing and discussed my results in detail before I left. This will be my primary care physician going forward. Dry happy with my experience.
