She gave me clear instructions as to how to take care of the wound. She also outlined clear followup instructions. Office is very nice and reception very pleasant. About Connie Hayes
Connie Hayes, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, DCNP is both a Family Nurse Practitioner, certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center since 1995, and a Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner (DCNP) with advanced clinical training to diagnose, treat, prescribe, and perform procedures for skin, hair, and nail conditions in patients of all ages. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Indiana University School of Nursing, magnum cum laude; Master of Science in Nursing at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio; Family Nurse Practitioner certification from Texas A & M Corpus Christi, Texas; and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from The University of Alabama Capstone College of Nursing.
Connie is dedicated to her patients in providing individualized and comprehensive care to all. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. During her time off, she likes to swim, bike, read, and participate in local organizations.

Booked specifically with female provider due to location of skin concern. Provider had 2 people male and female with her. She nor them never introduced themselves and the provider told the male to take pictures on iPad of private area without consent or warning. Very uncomfortable appointment provider seemed annoyed to address multiple concerns even after waiting over an hour to go back to appointment. Would not recommend.
