About Connie Morel

"Connie's passion for helping people with nutrition started as she learned from one of her role models early in her college days how powerful nutrition can be. Growing up with a not-so-great diet herself, it was fascinating to her that food is so much more than just fueling our bodies. Her education and training in Clinical Nutrition and Medical Nutrition Therapy in addition to the experience that she brings from both the hospital and clinic settings support her ability to help people with weight management, cardiovascular disease, pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, and more. Connie loves helping people who are striving for a healthy weight as helping people in this population find the path to success that is right for them is such a rewarding process. Connie Believes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to reaching better health, and she strives to individualize care as much as possible for the best outcomes. Connie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University of California, Davis and completed her dietetic internship at San Francisco State University. She enjoys spending time with her family, snowboarding and continuous learning in a variety of nutrition topics. "
