What should a new client know about working with you?
Please note that our practice does not prescribe controlled substances during an initial appointment. A comprehensive evaluation, including review of your medical history, prior treatment records, and, if necessary, additional assessments, is required before any decisions regarding controlled medications are made.
Our goal is to ensure safe, responsible, and appropriate treatment planning tailored to your individual needs. If controlled medications are determined to be clinically appropriate, they may be considered only after the initial evaluation and at the discretion of the provider.
