Coral Clarke is an award-winning Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping people manage the complex interaction between food and chronic health issues. She earned her Bachelor’s in Dietetics from the State University of New York, Buffalo. Her personal history with food sensitivities inspired her to become an RDN to help others struggling with adverse reactions to food, as well as other conditions that can be improved with good nutrition.

Coral is professional, caring and most importantly, a really knowledgeable dietician. I will be forever grateful that my daughter found Coral when she was struggling with an inability to lose weight. Coral’s evaluation and recommendations were spot on. She is truly one of the best in the field.

I first spoke to Coral on the phone and she listened carefully and answered all of my questions. After that, I filled out extensive paperwork that allowed me to share all of my medical history for her to review. At our first meeting, it was very obvious that Coral had thoroughly reviewed the information I provided.
She was the first practitioner that asked detailed questions allowing me to get on the path to finding answers to my digestive issues. Coral is very responsive to e-mail and will always write back within 24 hours and usually sooner! I really appreciate her willingness to think outside the box. She is so knowledgeable and always listens! I would recommend Coral to anyone who wants a kind, thoughtful, thorough nutritionist.

Coral is absolutely amazing! I have recommended her to many people. I use her myself. I can state without a doubt she has helped me manage some very significant hurdles. Her functional medicine nutrition approach is right on target. She does not lead on like she had all the answers. No one ever will. What she does is treat everyone as the unique miracle that they are and work within their unique parameters.
Coral is very thorough and professional. There just is not enough space here to give her work the true credit it deserves.
If an individual is serious about their wellness having Coral on your team is a must.
