The nurse and doctor were nice.
Took my daughter in, she had 3 tests and she was diagnosed with FLU. We had the results really quickly and the doctor came to talk to us about it.

The medical assistant that took my vitals was very nice. Zocdoc did not inform the Urgent Care of my appointment receptionist had to login and find it. She said ZocDoc is a third-party that doesn't send over the appointments. The doctor wanted to give me an x-ray that would not show up what I was wanting to see. I needed something to show if I had a tear in my tendon or not an x-ray would not do that just charge more money. The whole trip was a waste of time. I'll never go back there, but she was very hard to understand.

Got me in quickly. Listened well. Excellent treatment. Zocdoc preregistration didn’t work. They had no idea I made an appointment and didn’t have all the info I entered in advance.

When I was clear that I required breastfeeding safe antibiotics, the provider called in a prescription for a non-nursing safe antibiotic. I had to call and ask for a new prescription, delaying my ability to start antibiotics significantly.
