“Tyson was very helpful. He took his time with my brother, who fell on the ice and had a deep laceration on his finger. I was thinking he would just need stitches, Tyson did an x-ray and saw he fractured a bone in his finger . So he did get stitches and also a splint. The office staff was great, because they close at 8p.m. and we left close to nine. Thanks for being a great team.”

Not a great experience for me here. It was an incredibly long wait, they were clearly understaffed, and the staff that was there wasn't very attentive to what was going on.
I paid before getting treated, and then the "treatment" I was given for my swollen, burning eyes did absolutely nothing. They told me I did not have an infection or any scratches...which turned out to be false.
Because my eyes were so bad the next day, I went to another Urgent Care back in my hometown, who confirmed my eyes did have scratches, AND I had an infection. Shocker.
Very disappointed I wasted my time and money on a visit that did not help me whatsoever. If it isn't incredibly urgent, please do yourself and find a different urgent care to go to. I will not be using Norwell ever again.

I made an appointment and upon arrival that said it was a 3 hour wait. And they closed at 8pm and it was 735pm and only 2 cars in the parking lot. Not cool. Should have reached out and said there was a wait time. Very disappointed ??

I made an appointment. It said it accepted my insurance, I got there and the front office said they no longer accept it. I paid 195 which I don’t think is valid. It took 75 minutes to be seen from appointment time. By the time I got back the appointment was less than 5 minutes. Prescribed steroids which I don’t think work for the flu. Also told to combine Motrin and Tylenol together every 6 hours which I’ve never heard of combining them. Not totally sure I trust this place and I’d really like a refund on my payment since it says my insurance is taken

I called ahead and asked if they provided the lab work that I needed after I talked to a second person I was assured they did the work. When I got there at my appointment time, I was told that they didn’t do that work. I approved to them. The number I called was the correct number. They apologize but just handed me a paperwork with the other offices that would do the work. Waste of time.

I had an appointment and showed up 15 minutes early. The lobby cleared out completely and after sitting there for 90 minutes, alone in the lobby for about 20, I asked how much longer only to be told there was someone in front of me. I am a nurse. Nobody in the lobby had anything urgent or “worse” than me. I was brought back two hours past my appointment time and the person in front of me at the same time. I was in the room next to this person and could hear through the wall they had come in with the same thing as me. They were in and out before me. I said I needed 2 swabs done please, as I was symptomatic for both things. They only did one and I had to ask again for the other one. Extremely frustrating experience while I was not feeling well at all. Completely unprofessional with no acknowledgment of the amount of time I spent there. But don’t worry, my money was collected the moment I got there. Awful day.

This place has a very long wait and terrible way of dealing with patients. There is such a long line of people ahead of you. They let you know it'll be a while but there is no guarantee that you will be seen for a long time. We left before our appointment was up.

When you make an appointment online you are going to be seen within minutes of your appointment. The office is very clean, staff is always very nice and I always go there for my urgent care needs.

The nurse that saw me was extremely rude and did nothing about an allergic reaction that I was clearly having. I had to leave and drive 30 mins to another urgent care after taking Benadryl.

The staff and Dr were all very friendly. The Dr. listened to me and offered positive feedback as well as options. She was very clear in her communication. My appointment was for 11:00 a.m. I arrived at 10:48 and was seen at 11:01 a.m. I would come back again when there is a need for medical assistance.

I had a visit for a finger injury and first a nurse comes in to take first exams and I don’t know her name because she didn’t care to introduce herself or say hello to me. She took my vitals and temperature, when temperature was done she took the thermometer out of my month without even asking me to open my month or look at me. Lack of care and respect for patient. After I explain my issue to the doctor, she left the room to write a prescription and the nurse started judging my issue in an unprofessional way and I could hear everything. I understand people have their opinion but I believe it is unethical for a health care provider to share/judge out loud in that way. The only respectful employee was the front desk lady that was very kind. Overall a bad experience, unprofessional and disrespectful. Never coming back again!

It was great, Doctor was good also, they were there last thanksgiving when i had covid and they got me to a pharmacy that had Plaxovid, which in my case, really helped my symptoms, i am very grateful to them. to be able to do that all on a holiday.

I was from out of town and made an appointment. I walked in the office and the girl at the desk helped me check in. After realizing they did not accept my insurance, she gave me information to who does. I was frustrated, however, she was so helpful, I had no reason to be upset!
Good customer service....way to keep her customers spirit up while they were in pain!

I contacted Beaumont urgent care Novi and ask if they could do a swab. They said they could so I went online and made an appointment. I drove one and a half hours walked in and gave them my script. They told me they could not do the swab because they were not a lab. They then said they don’t do script but if I want to make another appointment and come back, they could do it. After going back and forth totally confused and upset I left. Never again.

I had an appointment at 10:15am. The receptionist asked me to fill out this card then told me I had one person ahead of me! I waited until 10:50am until I was called. Then I go back and my BP is taken, I’m not told what it is then given a covid test. Then I’m sitting there waiting and waiting! Finally I walked out! I told them I’ve been here for over an hour! There’s nothing urgent about the care here! Call me with my Covid results and bill me! These people move like turtles! I should have stuck with CVS minute clinic! What is the point of having an appointment??? They were not even crowded! Good luck! Never again!
