My experience was good. My only concern was a patient there that continued to cough without covering his mouth. No one asked him to wear a mask. I meant to mention it,l upon leaving, but I forgot because I had a headache and the lobby area had an unpleasant smell that wasn’t previously there.

I booked an appointment through zodoc. When I got there, 15 minutes after opening, they were still closed. They then couldn't verify my appointment time and had to rebook me for a half an hour after my original time. I didn't leave until an 1.5 hours after my original booking time.

I had an 815 am appt. I was there till 2:30 pm. They had one person working, no doctor to read the x ray, no crutches, no walking boot and no pain meds. I waited hours for an appointment I booked ahead of time. Left with no answers and in pain.

Using zocdoc didn't help there was a problem with the system so my information didn't go through plus they didn't know that I was coming. So I had to fill out manually.

The front desk was sweet, quick, and friendly. I waited about 5 minutes to be seen. The MA was warm and friendly. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable. I hate going to the doctors. I am into natural medicine and have some PTSD from hospitals. She had a bedside manner that made me relax and trust her, which is huge for me.
My problem was minor so she was done with me in about 10 minutes, including an exam. I liked her so much I asked if she was a PCP. I would transfer to her in a heartbeat (pun intended).
I was in and out of the office in under 20 minutes.
I will definitely be back if I need treatment for anything.

I would NEVER use Zocdoc to book an appointment cause They didn’t have me down for any appointment even though I booked it online.
That was extremely frustrating while you’re sick.
The facility needs MORE help to get sick people in and out faster.

I made my appointment on zocdocfor 5:45 pm and showed the reception the confirmation. Due to her not being able to see it in her computer my appointment time got pushed back by 30-40min and at least 2 individual I arrived before went before me. I was frustrated do me having to wait after I pre made my appointment

This place has some of the worst office staff that I have ever seen in any clinic. I have Medicare and Medicaid. First of all I tried to give the receptionist my insurance cards and she would not accept them. She stated that the system showed me as an active patient and I wouldn't need to give her it. (My insurance changed between the last time I went to this office and this time.)
With the combination of my insurance there is no copay, which I verified with my insurance provider afterwards. The counter employee than tried to get a copay. I walked out.
