I have experience working in mental health and addiction mainly with adults and elders but also have training and work with children and teenagers. I believe that the health of the mind and body revolves around balancing both using an integrative approach, reason for which I care for you from a holistic perspective. I will listen to you to understand your concerns and unique situation and will partner with you to find evidence-based treatment that works best for you. Services I offer: Psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, non-pharmacological strategies and interventions including recommendations for lifestyle changes and some psychotherapy but not focusing specifically on it, and telemedicine visits.
