Are you struggling with negative side effects such as weight gain and fatigue from your current medications? Hello! My name is Cortney Berkley. I am dual certified as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Tarleton State University and completed my Master's in Nursing at Midwestern State University. I have been in the nursing field for over 20 years and have practiced as a Nurse Practitioner for the past 7 years, with most of that time focused on psychiatry and mental health. I pride myself on being an open-minded and nonjudgmental provider who listens and strives to improve the overall lives of her patients. I would love to speak with you about issues with your current psychiatric medications or about the possibility of starting medications in combination with therapy. I look forward to hearing from you!

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
