Born and raised in Cameroon, West Africa, Dr. Kwi-Mancho continuously strives to advance her knowledge in various areas to stay abreast of the constantly changing world. After graduating from high school, she migrated to the United States and began her nursing prerequisites at Prince George's Community College. She then earned an Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Radians College in 2009, which laid the foundation for her nursing career. While working, she advanced her education to provide optimal care to her clients. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2014, her Master of Science in Family Nursing from the same university in 2017, and her Doctorate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Global in 2020. Dr. Kwi-Mancho believes that successfully achieving any health goal is a collaborative effort between the client and healthcare provider. Once a health goal is established, the client plays a major role in managing their health, while the provider offers support, coaching, and education tailored to the client's individual needs. From her experience, many diseases can be prevented or well managed through lifestyle modifications and adherence to recommended treatments.
