About Courtney Addison
Courtney is a registered dietitian and experienced nutrition therapist. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics at The University of Arizona and her dietetic internship through Iowa State University. Courtney is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP).
She comes to Nourish with nearly 10 years of experience working with eating disorders across all levels of care. Courtney brings years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy to both adults and adolescents and believes in a non-diet approach, working with each individual to incorporate variety, balance, moderation and flexibility. Courtney is passionate about working alongside each individual to prioritize nutrition as a part of their life and through support and education, works with individuals to develop a healthy relationship with food.
