The office was clean and efficient, and all of the staff were friendly. The doctor was great. Most doctors always seem rushed like they're turning over tables at a restaurant, but she sat with me and talked through my health history and all my current concerns. She set expectations and was clear about what I could/should be doing to better my health.

I absolutely loved my experience here. Courtney Alvarez was the best healthcare provider I have ever had. She was attentive, truly listened, and did not dismiss any of my symptoms. She was also very thorough and kind. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone—I’ve already sent her information to my mom!
Especially as a woman, I feel it’s so important to find a provider who genuinely cares, listens, and doesn’t dismiss concerns simply because you are a woman. Unfortunately, that hasn’t always been my experience with other providers. I will definitely be coming here from now on! :)

Appointment booked on behalf of a family member who has avoided physicians offices due to not feeling heard at visits. After three years of no visits, the switch to establish care with Courtney Alvarez was much needed. She addressed my family members concerns in a manner that made them feel welcomed and eager to seek care. This has been an answered prayer and it takes a unique provider like Courtney Alvarez to be able to walk with new patients in this way. So far, our experience with everybody in Optima Health office on Elliot has been pleasant. We are thankful to have a new pcp office to address our loved ones needs.

Being originally from Europe I am used to a different approach in the US when it comes to health care. Today my daughter 13 and myself were blown away when we visited Courtney and Jennifer and another lady that I unfortunately forgot her name. Fast professional still very attentive and not rushing. Unbelievable and I am so impressed and that is not always easy. Thank you ladies including the front office staff that was still very nice despite I hit every red light and was 5 minutes late. I feel extra embarrassed now for being late. I came home and was actually extremely happy with the path we are taking for my daughters health and mine. Thank you so much looking forward to go to the Dr. from now on.
