Is your child smart, capable, and still struggling despite school supports and repetition? Many of the families I work with come to me feeling confused, frustrated, and worried. They’ve met with the school, tried accommodations, and some have even completed testing that comes back "normal," yet their child or teen is still overwhelmed, anxious, falling apart at home, or unable to show what they know. As a licensed psychologist and neuropsychologist, I help families finally understand why their child is struggling and what to do next. After a neuropsychological evaluation, parents often tell me they finally figured out how to help. My evaluations go beyond school-based testing to look at how cognition, learning, social-emotional functioning, and executive functioning interact in real life. Reports are thorough, parent-friendly, and designed to guide school meetings, accommodations, therapy planning, and next steps.
