As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions. I work with clients to manage symptoms for a variety of conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, insomnia, and schizophrenia. Medications can be an important tool in helping clients achieve an optimal state of wellbeing and balance. I believe in taking a holistic approach and like to explore other areas of a persons life that play a role in mental health such as interpersonal relationships, physical exercise and health routines, diet, self-care routines, spirituality, goals, and hobbies.
