I had a wonderful experience at the office and with Dr. Courtney Mccall. She was patient, kind, listened, had great suggestions and guided me on next steps at the end of the appointment. The office staff was also really friendly and helpful. Glad to have booked this appointment as I was a little nervous starting fresh with a new doctor and office. Highly recommend !

Dr Maccall is excellent, she listened attentively to my concerns showing care and understanding. She is competent, professional and an excellent communicator. She listened carefully to my needs, provided me with different options and gave me practical advice.

Overall, great experience. Wait time was a tad long but nothing too abnormal for an NYC doctor's office.
Dr. McCall was great! Very personable and had great bedside manner. She did forget to sign an x-ray referral which isn't a huge deal but is a bit inconvenient when trying to get an x-ray right away and the office is closed 2 days after your appointment so you cannot speak to anyone to ramify the situation. I hope this will be resolved quickly so I can reschedule.
