Over the past 21 years as a healthcare provider, I have seen the need to destigmatize mental health because of the interconnectedness of mental and physical health. With a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University, as well as a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Herzing University, I bring education, passion, and drive to help others. I want to help you live your best life by bridging the gap between mental and physical health.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Our provider will complete a thorough assessment of your mental health needs, make a diagnosis, and discuss treatment options. Medication management is a mutual decision between you and your provider. The focus is on patient autonomy and personal empowerment. We work together to find the tools that work for you, to help improve your life.
We are holistically focused and will discuss nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle choices because physical health and mental health are synergistic.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
First, we have a comprehensive intake that involves assessing your physical and mental health, as well as lifestyle. Then, we set goals and make an estimated timeline of how long our work together might take. Next, I will go over various treatment plan options that are safe and effective, and together we decide what plan of action to follow. After the initial intake, appointments are 30 minutes in total. We will cover both medication management and some talk therapy.

We currently do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
For out-of-network insurance and cash pay, patients receive a superbill to submit for reimbursement if requested.
ALTERNATIVE FEES
If services are not covered by insurance for any reason, the client will be solely responsible for the entire fee of the session(s).
There is no cancellation fee if your visit is canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment inside that window, there is a $100 cancellation fee.

Professional letter writing (including but not limited to; FMLA, MSE, Consultation) -$150

I was concerned about the number of medications I was taking over the past year, to help me cope with a concussion, custodial care of my mother and her death.
