What should a new client know about working with you?

You can expect a warm, attentive, and collaborative approach. I take time to understand what you are experiencing, how it affects your daily life, and what you hope to improve. Visits are conversational but focused, with clear explanations and shared decision-making throughout your care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your first visit is a comprehensive evaluation focused on understanding your current concerns, symptoms, history, previous treatment experiences, medications, health factors, and day-to-day functioning.
