“Craig is really great, very attentive and good at asking the right questions. He's personable and easy to talk to. He's also good about suggesting not only the right course of action but also making sure I knew about side effects and talking to me about how my body might respond to medication.”

Getting to know Craig Headley

I am a licensed and board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a telepsychiatry practice serving clients in Oregon and Washington. I have a passion for working in the mental health field and provide telepsychiatry services to clients aged 18 and up. It is important to me to be accessible to my clients, so I offer flexible appointment hours, including morning, afternoon, and evening telepsychiatry sessions. This flexibility is an advantage if you need to schedule appointments outside of normal working hours and allows me to dedicate more time to supporting you when you need it most. Telepsychiatry is a form of telemedicine that offers a cost-effective alternative to in-patient psychiatric care. Using a HIPAA-compliant online medical office platform, I can interact with you in the comfort and convenience of your own home. All you need is a desktop, laptop, or phone, and the platform's two-way conferencing technology facilitates the virtual appointment. Conditions Treated I encourage you to review the conditions I treat to see if guided telepsychiatry services are a fit for your needs. If so, you can reach out to schedule a new client appointment. Background I received an Associate Degree (AS) in Nursing in 2006 from Nassau Community College in New York. After graduation, I worked as a critical care nurse at an acute care hospital in Florida, and later as an in-patient psychiatric nurse at another acute care facility. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for working in the mental health field. I earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University in 2009 and continued as a psychiatric nurse until I graduated from Hunter College, City University of New York, in 2014, where I earned a Master of Science (MS) in Nursing with a specialization in mental health nursing.
