“For the first time I feel heard and understood! Craig took his time to acknowledge and address all of my concerns. His demeanor made me feel comfortable and I felt he created a safe place for me to be vulnerable. Because of this, he was able to come up with an amazing treatment plan that best suited my needs. If I could give 500 stars, I would. Great experience as a first timer. I am new to getting help with my mental health and was totally nervous. Craig was very friendly, helpful, and made me totally feel comfortable. I especially loved how Craig really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. Craig listened to my concerns and my goals for treatment and included me in the process. I had a great visit and the provider’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.
As a first timer, Craig was very professional and did a great job explaining his services. He took time to understand my concerns as a patient, and laid out every detail in a clear manner. Craig was true to his appointment time as I barely waited to be seen. He is knowledgeable and I was thoroughly impressed.
