Unfortunately, I was not even seen by the doctor. After waiting 40 minutes, I was told that he is “running behind, and you can either wait a long time or see a physician’s assistant.” Don’t get me wrong, the PA was excellent, but it’s pretty clear they had overbooked the schedule and put patients between a rock and a hard place. This, paired with being fitted poorly with a splint that had to be adjusted (with mid results), and it was the epitome of a mediocre office.
