I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) specializing in personalized, root-cause-focused care for patients of all ages. My clinical background includes primary care, hormone optimization, thyroid health, weight management, and functional testing such as DUTCH and GI panels. I blend evidence-based conventional medicine with a holistic, lifestyle-centered approach to help patients understand their health and feel their best.

I had to get a new PCP due to insurance change. Scheduling was easy and onboarding was quick with the links they sent. They were also very communicative via text about the appointment. Met with Crina Henson, FNP-C. She was fantastic. She listened. She asked me good questions. She explained things. And, she was just amazing to talk to as a person. I came from a PCP that I’d known personally for 15 years because my wife went grew up with her. But, Crina made it easy to switch over. Felt like I’ve known her now for a decade. Highly recommend!

I was very upset when i arrived to the office is when they told me that my insurance was not accepted, they had a total of 2 days to tell me that, a phone call would have sufficed. I drove very far which again a simple phone call saying that my insurance wasnt accepted would have been fine. It was just a waste of my time, with gas being so high it was a trip that i could have avoided.
