About Crina Henson
I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) specializing in personalized, root-cause-focused care for patients of all ages. My clinical background includes primary care, hormone optimization, thyroid health, weight management, and functional testing such as DUTCH and GI panels. I blend evidence-based conventional medicine with a holistic, lifestyle-centered approach to help patients understand their health and feel their best.
I take time to listen, explain complex topics clearly, and create individualized care plans that are realistic and effective. I also have experience in pediatric care—from newborns to young adults—providing detailed assessments, functional support, and anticipatory guidance for families.

I was very upset when i arrived to the office is when they told me that my insurance was not accepted, they had a total of 2 days to tell me that, a phone call would have sufficed. I drove very far which again a simple phone call saying that my insurance wasnt accepted would have been fine. It was just a waste of my time, with gas being so high it was a trip that i could have avoided.
