What should a new client know about working with you?

I treat patients of all ages but have a deep passion for working with children and adolescents. With a focus on depression, anxiety, ADHD, and mood disorders, I create personalized treatment plans, including medication management, to help clients achieve emotional stability. Whether young or adult, my goal is to support each person’s mental health journey. I specialize in helping children and adolescents manage depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. My treatment involves personalized medication management, regular check-ins, and collaboration with therapists. My goal is to improve emotional stability, focus, and overall quality of life for my young clients.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use supportive therapy, motivational interviewing, and CBT to create a personalized approach for each client. Your experience will be collaborative and focused on building coping skills, challenging negative thoughts, and increasing motivation. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space to help you reach your mental health goals and feel empowered in your journey.
