What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to psychotherapeutic treatment resembles a gym workout: first there is the hard, challenging and often frustrating work, followed by a rewarding sense of peaceful healing. Knowing that change is often challenging, I assist and accompany my patients to explore and embrace the benefits of positive change throughout the entire journey of healing.
