About Crystal Capler
Mrs. Crystal Capler is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and currently licensed to practice in the state of Texas. She originally attended Jackson State University in Jackson, MS, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science. Crystal then pursued her interest in nursing, graduating with honors from Alcorn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Over the years, Crystal has expanded her professional experience by working in cardiology, intensive critical care, rehabilitation, and school health. While working full time, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Family Nursing at Maryville University.
Crystal is actively involved in serving the community as an advanced practice provider and has joined the Pivot Healthcare team! She is an active member of both Texas Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
