Are you having difficulties adjusting to life? You are not alone. Feeling sad, anxious, depressed, or angry? There are new treatment options that provide relief from depression within two weeks-no SSRIs involved. Experiencing symptoms of ADHD? Neurocognitive testing and current once-a-day treatments are available. I hold a Master's in Adult Mental Health Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University and offer online psychiatric medication management services in Oregon. Visits can be conducted in person or online throughout Oregon.
What should a new client know about working with you?
A fun, upbeat and collaborative approach with progressive, current evidenced based prescribed therapies. Focused on streamlining dosing intervals and side effects, while being mindful of out-of-pocket costs. Psychiatric Medication Management, in person and/or virtually, throughout Oregon! Crystal was understanding, communicative & professional yet personal. I appreciate her approach & the way she went about making sure things are done right, while also respecting me not only as a patient, but as a person too. She was very attentive & is making sure to dig deep down to understand the causes to my illness' & how they should be treated & that is exactly what I am looking for in a provider.
Both Crystal & the nice the people who work at the office were very understanding & forgiving with the technical difficulties I was experiencing at the start of our appointment, alongside helping me after my appointment as well by answering some questions & things I forgot to say during my appointment & communicating with me to make sure everything was answered.

Crystal is wonderful. I felt at ease with her right away during my first visit, and she has always been so kind and caring throughout the 2 years I have been seeing her. She listens well, encourages and roots for me, and demonstrates that she genuinely cares about her patients. She is always prompt to respond to messages and to fill prescriptions/refills when needed, and is flexible in her treatment approach. Talking with Crystal feels like sitting down with a good friend who genuinely cares about my wellbeing. I am so appreciative of her kindness and counsel and would highly recommend her to others.

Dr Higbe has seen myself, and now all 3 of my children. I trust her to make the right decisions with my kids best interests at heart. She does not push one thing or another and is always opinion to my opinion in mine, and their care. I can not recommend her enough! For the sanity of my children and myself, we are extremely grateful to have found such a caring and compassionate Dr!

I can't say enough good things about Crystal. She pulled me out of a hole I was struggling in for a long time. Her advice, suggestions and guidance have meant the world to me. She got me on medicine that has been life changing! I've been with her for a couple years now and I am so thankful I found her!

I had to find a provider last minute, and during a hectic time for finding my medication. Dr. Higbe took me on as a patient and worked with me to get me in and seen as soon as possible. She is amazing, I cannot say enough about how helpful and kind she is. If it's up to me I will have her as my provider forever!

I adore Dr. Higbe, she is everything I need in a doctor! I highly recommend her for your needs. I always get a response within a couple of hours, at the very longest by EOB. She is friendly and compassionate and knowledgable. You will not be sorry you chose her.

I started seeing Crystal in one of the worst times of my life. She squeezed me in as a new patient, sat with me while I cried, and gave me hope and a plan. I never thought I would be doing as well as I am now. I give almost all credit to Crystal for getting me to where I am and even though I am doing significantly better, she is still here to check in on me, have follow up appointments and even just a message of encouragement here and there. I highly recommend her to anyone that is struggling with their mental health. She does not give up!!

A ray of sunshine… I can’t thank Crystal enough for her excellent care. She is such a gift & a bright light for her patients. She is very personable, attentive, easy to talk to, & a wealth of knowledge about mental health & the latest evidence based care. She does not push meds on you but instead gives you the information & her recommendations which includes a holistic approach, goal setting, therapy, & makes you part of the conversation. Truly amazing human being & provider, I cannot recommend her enough.
