Together, we'll explore treatment options that fit your unique needs, whether that's therapy, medication, or a combination of both. I hold a Master’s in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, personalized care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I can help you manage anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, and ADHD. I work with you to understand your symptoms, provide education on your condition, and help you develop coping strategies to improve your daily life. Together, we'll create a plan that supports your mental and emotional well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I understand how challenging it can be to navigate mental health struggles, and I want you to know that you don't have to do it alone. My goal is to create a compassionate and supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered. Inital sessions will be 60 minutes long, during this session I will diagnose and form a treatment plan that best fits your needs. Follow-up appointments will be 30 minutes, to manage any medications and to provide any additional support you may need.
