Crystal Run is clean, and very easy to get to. Right off the highway with plenty of parking. Checked in, name was called saw the Doctor. Problem solved. Out the office. Fast. I would definitely come back if necessary.

We had a 3pm appt. Arrived at 2:45pm, already checked in. Waited nearly an hour in waiting area. Waited in exam room for an additional half hr after vitals were taken. They were unable to resolve the medical issue (not their fault) but we spent/wasted hours of time with no resolution. Had we been seen on time, it would've been nothing more than a minor inconvenience. But I missed my own separate appt at 5pm because it took so long to get in/out of there (I'm a Dr too and ended up having to reschedule a patient).
All this said, this is a holiday week. They were very busy. The medical asst, nurse, and Dr were kind and attentive. Professional conduct all around and they did try their best to resolve medical issue. Facility itself is spotless. Wifi and disability support are available and front desk staff are friendly and helpful. My only concern was the waiting time since it caused a cascade of other problematic events. This was my 1st/only visit so I'm not sure whether this is typical.

We were from out of town and I used Zocdoc to find an appointment. Right away there were several times for the same day. We were taken care of and received our prescription medicine promptly at CVS. Thank you as now I’m on the road to recovery.
