Dr. Andrews concern is very genuine and it's great to see someone that cares. I was asked to return to see another person when things didn't work during the test, which was nice to know someone can still say "I don't know, lets get you over to a specialist" who can. The staff doesn't have the same manner, they don't explain anything as they take your temperature, blood pressure other tests. When I asked what normal was for blood pressure and I got complete silence. I guessed I could google it, but I forgot the numbers and all she said was "Big spread" between the two (meaning numbers). Perhaps the nurse or aid didn't know. My vitals where simply written down and whisked away. Nobody brought the subject up again. I understand people are busy and it was late in the day appointment. I had written though zocdoc when I made appointment; the why I was going part. Then again at the desk, they didn't seem to know what brought me it. Then I was asked a few more times. Perhaps I'll bring a small pad of sticky notes and pass them out with every time I'm asked why I'm there. See as a patient we don't know the office "Lingo" if I say a check-up they call it a "wellness" exam. I felt like they were hinting I needed to know my proper words to get my visit done correctly. My insurance company did have an itemized list of tests they wanted run. Which I was told I would need referrals for some. I left not knowing if I had referrals or my time for my next appointment or if the problem exam would be redo later and with whom. So I actually felt maybe the blood they took would come back and I can google my results. There were three vials. I wanted to know my cholesterol, liver function I didn't bring up my kidneys. I think I need to very specific when I ask for a "check-up" and tests for my insurance, what other innards I want checked. I forgot to ask how I check on my ovaries and skin. I will look up the proper language for the tests my insurance company wants and find out when or if I need to make new appointments. I guess I can't schedule those through ZocDoc I'll call and find out what to do next after a couple days. Anyway I won't go in again without notes. I need to follow up with skin check, assorted innards, wish I could get a brain scan. Now that's a check up! Anyway I don't want this to seem like I hated this office, I didn't it just wasn't as good as it could be.

He is great. He really cared about my pain and helped me without sending me to another doctor. He did so much at the appt so I'm not running around to a bunch of other doctors. Wonderful.
I was impressed with Dr. Andrews and how interactive he was with me. He appeared confident in determining my diagnoses and that to me was very reassuring. He made me feel comfortable to express what I thought was my ailment. I would certainly recommend him to other family and friends.
Dr. Andrews was great! He was very thorough during the visit. He seemed like he really cared about solving my problem and made sure I understood what was going on as well.
He is so wonderful. He has helped me more in just a few visits than other doctors have in years. He has a wonderful bedside mannor & is very personable. He try absolutely everything before ordering expensive testing. He gives tips and exercises to do for injuries to try and save you time with physical therapy. He calls you right back when I call and his office is quick at getting any referrals needed.
Saw Dr. for my back which has a lump. He was great. Took the time to explain, evaluate me and made sure I understood before I left. I have recommended him to multiple families. He also has seen my daughter and was great with her too. Very kind and gentle with my little one.
