Dr. Bush’s clinical focus is on all areas of sports medicine, including arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the upper and lower extremities. His research interests have focused on the shoulder, hip, and knee, including shoulder instability, anatomic and reverse shoulder replacement, reconstructive knee surgery, and hip arthroscopy. Dr. Bush has provided coverage of various athletic teams, including teams at the University of Texas at Arlington, Colorado Rockies Spring training 2012, Greenville Drive baseball team (Boston Red Sox Class A Affiliate), Greenville Road Warriors hockey team (New York Rangers Affiliate), as well as various high school football teams. Originally from New Orleans, Dr. Bush has been involved in competitive athletics most of his life and credits that involvement with his long-standing interest in orthopedic sports medicine. A competitive athlete in three sports in high school, Dr. Bush went on to play varsity soccer at the University of Virginia. He continues to be a football enthusiast and enjoys golf, tennis, and cycling in his free time.
