About Dr. Cynthia Abou Zeid

Dr. Cynthia Abou Zeid is a pediatrician at Kelsey Seybold. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon, in 2017. Dr. Abou Zeid completed her post-doctoral research fellowship at the National Institutes of Health – National Institute of Child Health and Human Development in 2019 in Bethesda, Md., where she participated in transitional and clinical research projects investigating gene therapy. In 2022, she completed her residency in pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston. She joined Kelsey Seybold in August of 2022.

I picked this Dr. because she had great reviews. Unfortunately that was NOT my experience.When she came in the office she barely introduced herself. She also didn't even speak to my child to make him feel comfortable. I didn't feel she was listening to me. Her bedside manner was non existent. When I explained to her that I had a VERY bad reaction to the flu shot and needed more time to consider giving it to my son. She was cold and dismissive and even went and back and forth with me about how long I said I was sick which I didn't even mention. I don't want to make this review too long. I'll just say if your looking for a caring kind doctor steer clear of this doctor WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. On a more positive note. The nurse I hate I forgot her name was EXTREMELY kind professional and welcoming and the office was very clean.
