What should a new client know about working with you?

I take an eclectic approach using my training and experience to tailor therapy to your needs. Together we will identify your concerns and identify which part of your life/environment needs the most attention in order to get you on track with your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer 15 minute consultation that allows us a chance to determine if we are a good fit. We can discuss orientation to therapy process and briefly discuss your concerns/goals. From there we can proceed to an intake which includes a 50 minute virtual meeting.
