During our first appointment, we discuss your concerns in detail and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. Treatment may include medication management, education about your condition, and recommendations for therapy or additional support services when appropriate. Follow-up appointments are scheduled regularly to monitor progress, address concerns, adjust medications if needed, and ensure you are receiving the best possible care. My goal is to work collaboratively with you throughout your mental health journey and help you achieve lasting improvement and wellness."
