Ms. Cynthia Lynch is a dedicated and highly skilled family psychiatric & mental health nurse practitioner with a Master's degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Wilkes University. She currently provides virtual mental healthcare services through Serenity Mental Health Services.
In her sessions, Ms. Lynch fosters a supportive and comfortable environment, enabling her patients to discuss their concerns openly. She remains updated with the latest advancements in her field and integrates them into her therapeutic strategies.
Ms. Lynch's approach is individualized to meet the unique needs of each patient. She conducts thorough assessments, identifies specific areas of focus, and develops personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Everybody deserves to be happy and live their best life. Nobody deserves to suffer with anxiety, depression, the effects of past trauma, or any other mental health issues. I am a caring and compassionate provider with Christian values and many years of experience and I would love to help you feel your best and be your best. Let's work together to figure out what is most important to you so that we can set goals and achieve them together to help you live a happier, healthier life. You will be highly involved in every step of the process so that the treatment decided upon is tailored specifically to you and your unique needs.
I treat a wide variety of mental health disorders, including but not limited to, ADD/ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, stress, and grief. No matter what your concerns are, I'm confident that we can work together to find a good solution to your problems.
I am nonjudgmental, caring, and compassionate. In all of my years of experience I have provided care to persons from all walks of life and I truly love people and want to see them do their best.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
During your initial evaluation, we will talk about what brings you to seek health and what issues you have been dealing with. We will discuss any past and current issues you may have. From this evaluation, a diagnosis will be made and a treatment plan will be put in place. We will work together as a team every step of the way so that we can make sure that the treatment plan suits you and your unique situation.
Subsequent visits will start with a brief assessment of how you have been doing since our last visit and we will address any concerns you may have regarding your medication. If needed, counseling will be provided to address any other concerns you may have and any new concerns that may have arisen.
Know that your safety and privacy are a top priority and everything will be done to ensure that you are safe and always have a safety plan in place.

While they are still practicing, sadly they are only dug medicine management and no longer taking on therapy patients. With that said they promptly called me and told me when they opened but since they don't book anything during the weekend it made it very inconvenient since I took a bit of medical leave for it. I'm sure they are wonderful with what they currently offer.
