Getting to know Dr. D. Diana Wilcox

Faith-Integrated Therapy for High-Achieving Adults Facing Burnout, Depression, and Anxiety I specialize in working with high-achieving executives and professionals who are struggling with depression, obsessive thoughts, anxiety, and burnout. Many of my clients are successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck in cycles of overthinking, perfectionism, or emotional depletion. My approach is compassionate, structured, and practical. I help clients better understand the patterns that keep them stuck while teaching evidence-based strategies to reduce distress, improve emotional clarity, and restore a sense of control and balance in daily life. Therapy is focused on both insight and action, so clients can begin experiencing meaningful relief and forward movement. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who carry significant responsibility in their careers or personal lives and are ready to make changes that support long-term well-being-not just short-term coping. For clients who desire it, I offer therapy that can thoughtfully integrate Christian faith and values. This approach respects each client's spiritual beliefs and can be incorporated in a way that supports healing, perspective, and personal growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Excellent therapist..kind, caring, authentic, goal-oriented .
Diana was remote but on app it says she was local in my area. She is literally across the country. She was asking me the same questions over and over didn’t seem to listen. She brought up faith healing therapy and asked me my religion. She told me a story of how the lord told her to be a hero and this was all during my intake session. This was my first attempt at therapy and I didn’t know what to expect but this certainly was not appropriate and made me very uncomfortable.

Diana's great, within a few sessions she identified a core problem with my objectivity, which as I continue to change my choices will have a significant positive impact on my life. I'm so grateful and can't get enough of her insights. Diana is a true professional and I highly recommend.
Kind and insightful.

She rolled her eyes at me a few times and spoke to me as if i was slow as well as mentioning Jesus constantly when this is therapy not service to be exact. Scientific and Spiritual studies are different.

She has a very warm and kind spirit. She is gentle when she speaks but does not shy away from bringing up challenging thoughts. She has encouraged me a lot in my faith, which has also helped me a lot in my progress and growth.
