Front desk team was very cooperative and very friendly
Dr.Dado very knowledgeable and go through my previous lap text in details and ask more lap test to identify the next step - he offers to call him on his personal cell phone during the holiday if the case become worst . And finally I appreciate his acceptance to meet me even with 20 mins late after appointment time due to the terrible traffic between VA and MD. Thanks.

I got to my appointment at 210 for a 230 appt. I asked while signing in if he was on time, I was yes. At 320 I asked and at 330 I was called back. Doctor was polite and I was told they book appointments every 15 min and that is not enough time to talk to a 65 year old dementia patient. Then after telling doc I had a stent put in 10 years ago, and have not been back to cardiologist in 5 years, that I need a heart doctors okay. So overall, not a very productive day.

Won’t go back. Had to wait more than 1.5 hrs, despite having an appointment for over a month in advance. Very rushed appointment, the doctor was not listening at all. Staff was rude, they were unable to verify insurance (I called Aetna, they verified all good with the insurance). Very bad experience.

Very professional. Dr. Xu kindly provided an early colonoscopy when I was not able to go for another. His assumption in office visit a day ago was proved by the colonoscopy report I received right after the procedure which provided further clue on photos. I felt relieved after the confirming diagnosis.
