Collaborative Goal Setting Together, we identify your priorities and set achievable goals to address mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, bipolar disorder, or ADHD. Here’s how our insurance coverage, payment process, and policies work: Insurance Coverage We accept a variety of insurance plans. To confirm your coverage: Contact us directly to verify if your insurance is accepted. Provide your insurance details during scheduling to ensure accurate billing. Payment Process For insurance patients, a $50 deposit is required when booking. This deposit will be applied to the patient's co-pay or deductible. This deposit is non-refundable if you fail to cancel or reschedule 24-48 hours before your appointment. For cash-paying patients, payment for the entire session is required at the time of booking. If you fail to cancel or reschedule 24-48 hours before your appointment, 50% of the paid fee will be forfeited. No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy Missing an appointment without notice or canceling less than 24 hours in advance will result in a no-show fee. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Agreement to Terms and Conditions By continuing to book and complete your appointment, you know that you have read, understood, and agree to our terms and conditions, including our payment and cancellation policies.
