She not only takes the time to listen but she asks great pointed questions she keeps us on track on topic and has offered extremely needed help and guidance and answered every question we had she's compassionate she cares and she is on board to help in any way she can

I am very happy and pleased to find Dailyn who helped me manage my overall mental health. I started seeing her last December 2023. The last 6 months was a challenge and she has been very helpful managing my mental health and trying to find the right medication for me. I really like Dailyn Menendez! We got started on our appointment late but she still took time to go over everything with me. She didn't just cut me off when time was up due to problem with me getting to right online room.I think I went into her lunch so I am very very appreciative!

Dailyn has been wonderful to work with. She has been so patient with medication management and taking my idea into consideration. She is great at listening and providing tools to use in every day life. Our telehealth visits have been just a effective as in person.

She has given me great advice on medications to the point that my suicide ideation are gone, my anxiety and depression levels have reduced to very manageable levels, and she has been there online when I needed medication refills. Dailyn is very responsive to any messages that you would add to her 9nline portal and I've never experienced any delays in service. Let me be real for a second, you could not find a better provider than Dailyn, she actually cares about her pts and is invested in your treatment and growth. I will 100 percent miss her ad my provider. Give her a shot and you won't go wrong.

I've been with Dailyn for over a year now, there's never been a moment where I've felt invalidated or forced to adopt a treatment pathway I'm not comfortable with. I've been seeing Dailyn Somoza Menendez for about 6 months now, and so far, she's been amazing. She's a good listener, she's reliable (never needs to reschedule appointments or forgets to send in prescriptions), and she's easy to talk to. She's clearly in the right field, because she's both empathetic and knowledgable, approaching patient care from a holistic perspective (employing both psychological and pharmaceutical resources for treatment). She's given me some great advice, and seems to genuinely care about making sure that I'm healthy and comfortable, but she's also efficient, so easy follow-up appointments are just that: easy and straightforward. No more dreading appointments!
I've been stable on the same treatment plan for well over a decade, so I've experienced the gamut of mental healthcare options. I switched to Dailyn and LifeStance after using the big telemedicine-only companies for a few years due to the pandemic, and it's been a welcome change. Having the same provider each time, and not having to reexplain my medical history every time I call makes it a lot easier to stay consistent with my healthcare. Lifestance itself is a super easy service to work with--everything is done online, which I REALLY appreciate, and I'm still able to do my visits via video call, which is crucial with a busy schedule and two little ones. The customer portal makes contacting my provider and refilling medication a quick, simple task. They work with my insurance, so I don't have to worry about being able to afford it.
All in all, I highly recommend Dailyn, and if the rest of LifeStance is as easy to work with as she is, then I recommend LifeStance, too!
