I am a PMH-DNP, having earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Regis College, dedicated to helping others achieve and maintain mental well-being. I am passionate about alleviating the psychological and emotional suffering caused by mental illness. I believe client goals can be met with a combination of both pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments tailored to individuals' unique needs. Clients should know that I will first and foremost listen to them before forming any medical opinions or prescribing any treatment.
I believe therapeutic communication is the foundation for success. I am here to provide safe and effective care to the best of my ability, and that begins with understanding my clients and their specific histories and circumstances. Maintaining mental health is an ongoing process, a journey that I am grateful to collaborate on with others.

Clients should know that I approach mental health care with empathy, openness, and respect for each person’s story. As a PMH-DNP, my focus is on partnering with you to understand what you’re experiencing and what you hope to achieve. I use a thoughtful blend of evidence-based medication management and therapeutic strategies, personalized to you. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can speak freely and take an active role in your care and progress.
