About Dr. Dale Mraz
Dr. Dale Mraz began his college career at Lewis University in Romeoville, IL, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He has always been passionate about helping others and knew from childhood that he wanted to work in healthcare.
After shadowing several chiropractors, Dr. Dale became certain that chiropractic care was the best way to help others live their healthiest lives. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA.
Dr. Dale’s specialty is Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP), one of the most researched, advanced, and results-oriented chiropractic techniques. CBP focuses on how posture affects overall health and how to correct it. Dr. Dale obtained his CBP basic certification in September 2023. He has also furthered his education by becoming a nationally registered certified medical examiner.
Outside the office, Dr. Dale enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and pets. In his free time, he likes working on cars, attending car shows, and tinkering with computers.

Dr. Dale at IPM is extremely passionate about his work. It is very evident that he cares for the patients at his practice and takes his time to write a care plan for each patient. Dr. Dale is the best. Where have you been all my life! I had headaches every day for most of my adult life. Dr. Dale was the first person to look at me like an engineer and show me how my upper back and neck posture was the root cause. He didn't just show me how messed up I am, he walked me through how he was going to fix the postural issues! Not only did he get rid of my headaches, he showed me how to make the improvement PERMANENT!! His program taught me how to fix my work station, how to sleep properly and what stretches and exercises I needed to do to maintain myself. I have never felt more empowered to take care of myself! I have already referred in several people to see Dr. Dale! There will be more! Thanks again Doc!

Dr. Dale is the best. He is professional, courteous, and really takes the time to make you feel heard. I saw him for a grade 2 spondlylolisthesis with a disc herniation. I was previously told I would need surgery. After dedicating some time doing therapy with Dr. Dale, I am pain free.

Dr. Dale is the best chiropractor! He is very professional, yet personable. I always feel comfortable talking to him because he is extremely committed to helping his patients and listening to their chiropractic concerns. I felt my concerns were thoroughly addressed to implement proper treatment. Dr. Dale created an individualized treatment plan that yielded positive results for my back pain and neck pain. I can’t thank him enough for the quality care he provides!
