My practice focuses on providing comprehensive mental health care for adults through a range of services, including diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, and medication management. I believe in a holistic, patient-centered approach that recognizes the complex interplay between biological, psychological, and social factors. Drawing on evidence-based treatments and a strengths-based philosophy, I work collaboratively with each individual to help them navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD. With nearly 16 years of experience in healthcare and a background in mental health since 2014, I have served in various treatment settings, including managing Clozapine clinics, substance use programs, injection clinics, and crisis management centers. This breadth of experience informs my current private practice, where I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to empower you on your journey toward improved well-being. I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from The University of Utah and an Associate's degree from Salt Lake Community College, which have provided a strong foundation for my clinical expertise and compassionate care.
