I am a Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Doctorate in Family Nursing graduate and a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner currently practicing in the Emergency Room, Urgent Care, and through my own business. My doctoral work focused on integrative health and mindfulness techniques for anxiety and stress reduction for nurses, healthcare professionals, and patient care. With over 15 years in the medical field—most of those years in nursing—I am deeply passionate about Mindful Life Investment and Integrative Health.

Dr. Grossman is nothing short of amazing! She Is very attentive, taking the time needed to listen to what is going on and provides advice and treatments for immediate relief as well as prevention. She is extremely knowledgeable in medicine and holistic additions as well, which is such an added plus about her care. I will always turn to her for my medical needs!

My Telehealth visit was easily accessible and right from the comfort of my home. Damaris is very caring and takes her time with her patients. Much better than in office appointment because there is no wait time. I have had a few telehealth visits with Damaris and each time my concern was addressed and I felt better after taking her advice. I highly recommend.
