This clinician was 15 minutes late for a telehealth appointment which caused me a lot of stress. We were disconnected twice during the session which caused more stress and it was difficult to get reconnected - I had to call the ZocDoc number twice as there is no direct number for the clinician. Rapport was never established. I would never see this clinician again and would never use ZocDoc again.

I would absolutely not go back. A lot of money for a 6 min barely conversation. I was really hopeful because of the reviews. I’ve never experienced a psychiatrist appointment like this before. It literally looked like she woke up out of bed to do this call. It didn’t seem like she wanted to get to know me or my problems to properly diagnose me or what I need. 6 min appointment is what made me the most mad/annoyed/angry/disappointed.
